Vocoflex is Dreamtonics’ voice creation and transformation plugin that allows replacing the voice timbre of any input voice with a target voice specified by the user.
While Vocoflex is designed for creative applications, we understand the potential risks and ethical implications of its use beyond these intended purposes. As a precautionary measure, Vocoflex requires identity verification.
We have prepared this document to help you understand the steps and the scope of the ID verification process before making a purchase decision.
How to Verify My Identity and Activate Vocoflex?
- After purchasing Vocoflex, you will receive a link from Dreamtonics Store with your activation code and a link to start an identity verification session through ComplyCube, our KYC-service partner.
- After completing the verification through ComlyCube, you will receive an email to register your activation code. Once registered, you may enter the activation code into Vocoflex and start using the software.
Please note that the ComplyCube is the sole platform Dreamtonics has partnered with for identity verification. There are no fees associated with the process. Please DO NOT open and follow any link that is not sent from license@dreamtonics.com or no-reply@dreamtonics.com.
Alternatively, you may also complete the identity verification before purchasing Vocoflex. In that case, you may continue with the purchase and registration after receiving a confirmation email about the identity verification.
What Documents are Required?
Our identity verification process requires a government-issued photo identification (e.g. passport, driver’s license) and a photo of you which will be matched and compared with the photo identification.
You may open the link on your phone and use the on-device camera to scan, capture and upload photos.
All documents will be submitted through ComplyCube and securely stored on ComplyCube’s server. Dreamtonics does not store or retain any sensitive personal information.
How Long Does it Take for ID Verification To Complete?
The process is automated and typically takes less than 5 minutes. However, documents that fail to pass the automatic screening will require manual processing. It may take up to one business day to manually verify the information.
If you do not receive a confirmation one business day after submitting the identity verification documents through ComplyCube, please contact support@dreamtonics.com.
We offer full refunds if your identity verification has been rejected after purchase. Alternatively, you may also complete the identity verification before purchasing Vocoflex.
