All orders are automatically processed and an email containing the download link and the activation code will be sent immediately once the payment is confirmed. How long does it take to get a response from the customer support?

How can I checkout with online banking payment methods?

European customers may pay using online banking systems such as iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA, Giropay. Access to these payment methods require switching the currency to Euro before adding items to the cart.
