NYL also provides rap mode functionality in Synthesizer V Studio Pro, with 3 vocal modes (Rhythmic, Emphatic, and Poetic) designed to provide 3 expressive rap tones with varying pronunciation and softness. These modes can also be used when singing to provide a “talk-singing” tone, or boost expressiveness in NYL’s various other vocal modes.
NYL’s non-rap modes in Synthesizer V Studio pro include two strengthening modes – Power and Solid, three softening modes – Soft, Warm Delicate, two range extension modes – Falsetto and Masculine, and a mode designed to provide their most expressive tone, Passionate. With this vocal mode design, NYL provides multiple options for each type of expression, allowing them to naturally fit a wide range of genres. NYL is also naturally designed to fit with all other Eclipsed Sounds vocals in the same series (SOLARIA, ASTERIAN, and SAROS) as a natural duet partner, harmony, or alternate vocal.
